Your faucet handle must have "spokes" for this to work Jul 07, 2009 I'm giving this three stars only because it can't work with my outdoor faucet, which is a "Woodford" Anti-Siphon Freezeless Wall Faucet. Your faucet handle needs to have "spokes" for this gripper to work. If you do a search on the Woodford faucet I have, you'll see what I mean by not having spokes. I hope this review saves some Amazon customers as well as the seller some hassles. That said, when I wrote them they sent me a return label the next working day and immediately arranged for a full credit, including shipping costs. They say they hope to design another model which would fit this Woodford type faucet handle.

wonderful product Jun 23, 2008 I have always had trouble shutting off the outdoor hoses....no more. My hands are not as agile as they used to be. I am 80 yrs old and arthritic. It is a snap now.

Easy to use! Dec 18, 2006 I put the EasyGripper on the spout for my garden hose and it has been great! I have even sent one to my friend who has arthitis and I know he will find this very helpful. It fits on every spout in my house...and my outdoor shower. I highly recommend.
