Elastinet Tubular Elastic Net Dressing Retainers are used to hold primary wound dressings firmly and comfortably in place without the assistance of adhesive tape. It allows for unrestricted movement and maximum ventilation of the dressed wound. Each net dressing is specially woven to eliminate small, irritating knots and when cut, the dressing does not "run" or shed small pieces of fiber.
